    How to Join an Alliance

Petitions are judged by the alliance overseer. You must meet the minimum reputation and military strength shown on each card, and you can only belong to one alliance at a time.

    • Global Reputation is earned through diplomacy, aid, and honoring treaties.
    • Military Strength comes from troop count, technology, and readiness.
    • Personality affects how forgiving the overseer is if you are close to, but not quite at, the requirements.
