    How to Play Pool Billiards

    Aim by moving the mouse around the cue ball. Drag back on the power slider to charge your shot, release to strike. In 8-Ball, sink your suit (solids or stripes) then the 8. Call your pocket on the 8-ball or lose the game.

    Tips & Strategy

    • Play position, not just pocket — where the cue ball ends up matters more than the make.
    • Use the ghost-ball line: aim through the center of the object ball away from the pocket.
    • Soft shots beat hard shots 9 times out of 10.
    • Scratch awareness: think about where the cue is going after every strike.
