Play as the Kingdom of Istālif
Istālif sits in the Kabul AI-Kingdom, under the Afghanistan Coalition-AI — a landlocked, mountainous, ancient Silk Road crossroads. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Istālif", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Istālif.
The Kingdom of Istālif shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Kabul is the crown above you
The Kabul AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 10,850 troops on a defensive posture and pushing $2,049,583 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Afghanistan Coalition-AI, seated in Kabul.

Questions about the Kingdom of Istālif
What do I get for claiming Istālif?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Istālif part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Istālif sits inside the Kabul AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Afghanistan Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Is playing from Istālif free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Istālif" stays fixed while your name leads it.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Istālif?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
