Play as the Kingdom of Bilajari
Bilajari sits in the Baki AI-Kingdom, under the Azerbaijan Coalition-AI — a Caspian oil state, Caucasus mountains, Turkic culture. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Bilajari", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Bilajari.
The Kingdom of Bilajari shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Baki is the crown above you
The Baki AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 25,440 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $5,370,061 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Azerbaijan Coalition-AI, seated in Baku.

Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Bilajari" stays fixed while your name leads it.
