Can someone attack the Kingdom of Belize City?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.

Yes. Belize City sits inside the Belize District AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Belize Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
