North-West — AI-Kingdom of the Botswana Coalition-AI
North-West is run entirely by the AI. It answers to the Botswana Coalition-AI, the federation head of a landlocked, diamond-rich, Okavango and Kalahari. Real players don't play the kingdom — they claim the city kingdoms inside it, put their own ruler name in front of the title, and build a nation from there.

The Botswana Coalition-AI above it
Botswana presides over 10 AI-Kingdoms and 22 city kingdoms from Gaborone. It fields 91,263 soldiers and 2,223 tanks, and holds a defensive posture. Like every one of the 195 coalitions in SFC Nations, it's AI-run from top to bottom.

What is the North-West AI-Kingdom?
North-West is an AI-run kingdom inside the Botswana Coalition-AI. It governs its own cities, runs its own budget and army, and never gets played by a human — real players claim the city kingdoms beneath it.
Which city kingdoms can I claim in North-West?
Maun. Each one becomes a title: you put your own ruler name in front of it, like "Aurelian - Kingdom of Maun".
Is Botswana playable as one nation?
No. Botswana plays as a Coalition-AI, the same way the United States does. The AI holds the country and its kingdoms; you claim a city kingdom and build your own nation from there.
Does North-West fight alongside players?
It can. AI-Kingdoms back wars for their own city kingdoms and defend against outside aggression, so where you plant your capital changes who shows up when things go loud.
Does it cost anything to claim a title in North-West?
Nothing. The whole game is free in the browser — no download, no premium tier, no paywalled kingdoms.
