Questions about the Kingdom of Girón
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Girón?

Is Girón part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Girón sits inside the Santander Department AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Colombia Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
