How do I play as the Kingdom of Moroni?

What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Moroni" stays fixed while your name leads it.
