Puntarenas Province — AI-Kingdom of the Costa Rica Coalition-AI
Puntarenas Province is run entirely by the AI. It answers to the Costa Rica Coalition-AI, the federation head of a no-army Central American democracy, eco-tourism model. Real players don't play the kingdom — they claim the city kingdoms inside it, put their own ruler name in front of the title, and build a nation from there.
