Questions about the Kingdom of Oumé
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Oumé?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.

Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.

A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Oumé part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Oumé sits inside the Goh-Djiboua AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Côte d'Ivoire Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
