    Savanes District — AI-Kingdom of the Côte d'Ivoire Coalition-AI

Savanes District is run entirely by the AI. It answers to the Côte d'Ivoire Coalition-AI, the federation head of a world's top cocoa exporter, West African coast. Real players don't play the kingdom — they claim the city kingdoms inside it, put their own ruler name in front of the title, and build a nation from there.
