Play as the Kingdom of Machachi
Machachi sits in the Pichincha AI-Kingdom, under the Ecuador Coalition-AI — a Andean oil exporter, Galápagos Islands, dollarized. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Machachi", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Machachi.
The Kingdom of Machachi shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Pichincha is the crown above you
The Pichincha AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 55,029 troops on a militaristic posture and pushing $12,104,224 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Ecuador Coalition-AI, seated in Quito.

Questions about the Kingdom of Machachi
Is playing from Machachi free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Machachi?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Machachi part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Machachi sits inside the Pichincha AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Ecuador Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Machachi?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Machachi" stays fixed while your name leads it.
