The Kingdom of Narva shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Ida-Virumaa is the crown above you
The Ida-Virumaa AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 41,968 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $9,750,350 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Estonia Coalition-AI, seated in Tallinn.
