Play as the Kingdom of Mek'ele
Mek'ele sits in the Tigray AI-Kingdom, under the Ethiopia Coalition-AI — a landlocked Horn giant, AU headquarters, coffee origin. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Mek'ele", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Mek'ele.
The Kingdom of Mek'ele shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Tigray is the crown above you
The Tigray AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 21,648 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $5,125,902 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Ethiopia Coalition-AI, seated in Addis Ababa.
Questions about the Kingdom of Mek'ele
What do I get for claiming Mek'ele?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is playing from Mek'ele free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
Is Mek'ele part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Mek'ele sits inside the Tigray AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Ethiopia Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Mek'ele" stays fixed while your name leads it.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Mek'ele?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
