Questions about the Kingdom of Rethymno
What do I get for claiming Rethymno?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is playing from Rethymno free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
Is Rethymno part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Rethymno sits inside the Crete AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Greece Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Rethymno" stays fixed while your name leads it.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Rethymno?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
