Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.

Can someone attack the Kingdom of Ash Shaţrah?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is Ash Shaţrah part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Ash Shaţrah sits inside the Dhi Qar AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Iraq Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
