Questions about the Kingdom of Visaginas
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Visaginas?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.

Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Visaginas?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Visaginas part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Visaginas sits inside the Utena AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Lithuania Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
