Play as the Kingdom of Kuching
Kuching sits in the Sarawak AI-Kingdom, under the Malaysia Coalition-AI — a Southeast Asian federation, palm oil and electronics. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Kuching", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Kuching.
The Kingdom of Kuching shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Sarawak is the crown above you
The Sarawak AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 11,079 troops on a defensive posture and pushing $2,720,514 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Malaysia Coalition-AI, seated in Kuala Lumpur.

Questions about the Kingdom of Kuching
What do I get for claiming Kuching?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Kuching part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Kuching sits inside the Sarawak AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Malaysia Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Is playing from Kuching free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Kuching" stays fixed while your name leads it.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Kuching?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
