Canterbury is the crown above you

Questions about the Kingdom of Rangiora
Is playing from Rangiora free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Rangiora?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Rangiora part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Rangiora sits inside the Canterbury AI-Kingdom, which answers to the New Zealand Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Rangiora?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Rangiora" stays fixed while your name leads it.
