    Lagos — AI-Kingdom of the Nigeria Coalition-AI

Lagos is run entirely by the AI. It answers to the Nigeria Coalition-AI, the federation head of a Africa's most populous nation, oil-fueled economy. Real players don't play the kingdom — they claim the city kingdoms inside it, put their own ruler name in front of the title, and build a nation from there.

    The Nigeria Coalition-AI above it

Nigeria presides over 10 AI-Kingdoms and 54 city kingdoms from Abuja. It fields 123,563 soldiers and 2,346 tanks, and holds a militaristic posture. Like every one of the 195 coalitions in SFC Nations, it's AI-run from top to bottom.

    Questions about Lagos

Does it cost anything to claim a title in Lagos?

Nothing. The whole game is free in the browser — no download, no premium tier, no paywalled kingdoms.

    Does Lagos fight alongside players?

It can. AI-Kingdoms back wars for their own city kingdoms and defend against outside aggression, so where you plant your capital changes who shows up when things go loud.

Can two players hold titles in Lagos?

Yes, as long as they hold different city kingdoms. One player per city, many players per kingdom.

Is Nigeria playable as one nation?

No. Nigeria plays as a Coalition-AI, the same way the United States does. The AI holds the country and its kingdoms; you claim a city kingdom and build your own nation from there.

Which city kingdoms can I claim in Lagos?

Lagos, Agege, Ajegunle and 3 more. Each one becomes a title: you put your own ruler name in front of it, like "Aurelian - Kingdom of Lagos".
