Yes. Kaech’ŏn sits inside the South Pyongan AI-Kingdom, which answers to the North Korea Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Is playing from Kaech’ŏn free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Kaech’ŏn" stays fixed while your name leads it.

Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
