Play as the Kingdom of Skardu
Skardu sits in the Gilgit-Baltistan AI-Kingdom, under the Pakistan Coalition-AI — a South Asian nuclear power, cricket and cotton. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Skardu", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Skardu.
The Kingdom of Skardu shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Gilgit-Baltistan is the crown above you
The Gilgit-Baltistan AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 27,409 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $6,024,549 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Pakistan Coalition-AI, seated in Islamabad.

Questions about the Kingdom of Skardu
Is playing from Skardu free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Skardu?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Skardu?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is Skardu part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Skardu sits inside the Gilgit-Baltistan AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Pakistan Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Skardu" stays fixed while your name leads it.
