Play as the Kingdom of Changuinola
Changuinola sits in the Bocas del Toro Province AI-Kingdom, under the Panama Coalition-AI — a Central American isthmus, home of the Panama Canal. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Changuinola", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Changuinola.
The Kingdom of Changuinola shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Bocas del Toro Province is the crown above you
The Bocas del Toro Province AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 51,147 troops on a militaristic posture and pushing $11,426,927 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Panama Coalition-AI, seated in Panama City.

Questions about the Kingdom of Changuinola
Is playing from Changuinola free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Changuinola?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
What do I get for claiming Changuinola?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Changuinola part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Changuinola sits inside the Bocas del Toro Province AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Panama Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Changuinola" stays fixed while your name leads it.
