Can someone attack the Kingdom of Port Moresby?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is Port Moresby part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Port Moresby sits inside the National Capital AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Papua New Guinea Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
