Questions about the Kingdom of Sector 4
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Sector 4?

Is Sector 4 part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Sector 4 sits inside the Bucharest AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Romania Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
