Play as the Kingdom of Ndera
Ndera sits in the Kigali AI-Kingdom, under the Rwanda Coalition-AI — a landlocked Great Lakes republic, tech-forward reforms. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Ndera", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Ndera.
The Kingdom of Ndera shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Kigali is the crown above you
The Kigali AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 18,349 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $4,168,787 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Rwanda Coalition-AI, seated in Kigali.

Questions about the Kingdom of Ndera
Is playing from Ndera free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Ndera?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Ndera part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Ndera sits inside the Kigali AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Rwanda Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Ndera?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Ndera" stays fixed while your name leads it.
