Nyanza sits in the Southern Province AI-Kingdom, under the Rwanda Coalition-AI — a landlocked Great Lakes republic, tech-forward reforms. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Nyanza", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Nyanza.
The Kingdom of Nyanza shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Southern Province is the crown above you
The Southern Province AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 14,222 troops on a defensive posture and pushing $3,435,716 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Rwanda Coalition-AI, seated in Kigali.

Questions about the Kingdom of Nyanza
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Nyanza?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is playing from Nyanza free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Nyanza?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Nyanza part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Nyanza sits inside the Southern Province AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Rwanda Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Nyanza" stays fixed while your name leads it.
