Baidoa sits in the Bay AI-Kingdom, under the Somalia Coalition-AI — a Horn of Africa republic on the Indian Ocean. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Baidoa", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Baidoa.
The Kingdom of Baidoa shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Bay is the crown above you
The Bay AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 23,683 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $5,176,413 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Somalia Coalition-AI, seated in Mogadishu.

Questions about the Kingdom of Baidoa
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Baidoa?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is playing from Baidoa free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Baidoa?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Baidoa part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Baidoa sits inside the Bay AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Somalia Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Baidoa" stays fixed while your name leads it.
