Play as the Kingdom of Masan
Masan sits in the Gwangju AI-Kingdom, under the South Korea Coalition-AI — a high-tech East Asian democracy, chip and shipbuilding power. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Masan", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Masan.
The Kingdom of Masan shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Gwangju is the crown above you
The Gwangju AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 6,354 troops on a defensive posture and pushing $1,026,272 a day through its economy. Above it sits the South Korea Coalition-AI, seated in Seoul.

Questions about the Kingdom of Masan
What do I get for claiming Masan?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Masan part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Masan sits inside the Gwangju AI-Kingdom, which answers to the South Korea Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Is playing from Masan free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Masan" stays fixed while your name leads it.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Masan?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
