Negombo sits in the Western Province AI-Kingdom, under the Sri Lanka Coalition-AI — a Indian Ocean island republic, tea exporter. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. The Kingdom of Negombo shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Western Province is the crown above you
The Western Province AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 25,115 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $5,502,289 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Sri Lanka Coalition-AI, seated in Colombo.

Questions about the Kingdom of Negombo
Is playing from Negombo free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Negombo?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Negombo part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Negombo sits inside the Western Province AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Sri Lanka Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Negombo?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Negombo" stays fixed while your name leads it.
