Is El Fasher part of an AI coalition?
Yes. El Fasher sits inside the Northern Darfur AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Sudan Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of El Fasher?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
