Play as the Kingdom of Gulu
Gulu sits in the Northern Region AI-Kingdom, under the Uganda Coalition-AI — a landlocked East African republic on Lake Victoria. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Gulu", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Gulu.
The Kingdom of Gulu shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Northern Region is the crown above you
The Northern Region AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 45,991 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $10,665,978 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Uganda Coalition-AI, seated in Kampala.

Questions about the Kingdom of Gulu
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Gulu?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is playing from Gulu free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Gulu?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Gulu part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Gulu sits inside the Northern Region AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Uganda Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Gulu" stays fixed while your name leads it.
