Urganch sits in the Xorazm Region AI-Kingdom, under the Uzbekistan Coalition-AI — a double-landlocked Central Asian republic, cotton and gold. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Urganch", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Urganch.
The Kingdom of Urganch shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Xorazm Region is the crown above you
The Xorazm Region AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 21,369 troops on a balanced posture and pushing $4,443,540 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Uzbekistan Coalition-AI, seated in Tashkent.

Questions about the Kingdom of Urganch
Is playing from Urganch free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Urganch?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Urganch?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is Urganch part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Urganch sits inside the Xorazm Region AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Uzbekistan Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Urganch" stays fixed while your name leads it.
