Upata sits in the Bolívar AI-Kingdom, under the Venezuela Coalition-AI — a OPEC founder with the world's largest oil reserves. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. The Kingdom of Upata shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Bolívar is the crown above you

Questions about the Kingdom of Upata
Is playing from Upata free?
Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Upata?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Upata?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.
Is Upata part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Upata sits inside the Bolívar AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Venezuela Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
What does the hyphen in the name mean?
Everything before the hyphen is yours — your chosen ruler or dynasty name. Everything after it is the AI-Kingdom title you claimed, so "Kingdom of Upata" stays fixed while your name leads it.
