World Geography Unit Study
Give a student a blank map and a nation to run, and geography turns into strategy.
Six weeks of map skills, continents, physical features, and climate, tied to a live nation the student places on a real coordinate. By the end they can look at a country's terrain and predict what it trades.

Lessons
1. Reading the map
Latitude, longitude, scale, legend, and the difference between physical and political maps.
2. Continents and oceans
Locate and label all seven continents and five oceans from memory.
3. Landforms and water
Mountains, plains, plateaus, rivers, and why civilizations cluster near water.
4. Climate zones
Tropical to polar, and how each zone shapes agriculture and population.
5. Resources and trade
Match resources to regions, then predict trade partners from geography alone.
6. Found your nation
Place a nation on the real map, justify the location in writing, and defend it.
