Play as the Kingdom of Baracoa
Baracoa sits in the Guantánamo Province AI-Kingdom, under the Cuba Coalition-AI — a Caribbean socialist republic, sugar and tobacco. The kingdom name is fixed; the ruler name is yours. Claim it and your nation reads "Your Name - Kingdom of Baracoa", with your capital dropped on the real coordinates of Baracoa.
The Kingdom of Baracoa shares what it holds
City kingdoms carry 50% more money and resources than an ordinary province, and they trade what they hold with their own ruler and allies.
Guantánamo Province is the crown above you
The Guantánamo Province AI-Kingdom doesn't compete with its cities — it presides over them, fielding 54,970 troops on a militaristic posture and pushing $12,709,548 a day through its economy. Above it sits the Cuba Coalition-AI, seated in Havana.

Questions about the Kingdom of Baracoa
Can someone attack the Kingdom of Baracoa?
Yes — other real players and AI nations can declare war. Build infrastructure and happiness before you build an army, or upkeep eats you before an enemy does.

Completely. No download, no paywall, and it works on phone or desktop.
What do I get for claiming Baracoa?
A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Baracoa part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Baracoa sits inside the Guantánamo Province AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Cuba Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
