A sovereign city kingdom with 50% more treasury and shareable resources than an ordinary province, a real-world map position, and the coalition's armies within diplomatic reach.
Is Hannover part of an AI coalition?
Yes. Hannover sits inside the Lower Saxony AI-Kingdom, which answers to the Germany Coalition-AI. The coalition presides, the kingdom governs, and you rule the city.
